At BoostFlex, we aim to deliver services exactly as described. Since our services involve instant, digital fulfillment, certain limitations apply to refunds and cancellations.

1. General Policy

All payments made on BoostFlex are considered final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Order Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the service you purchased within the stated timeframe.
• Partial Delivery: If only part of your order is delivered, you may be eligible for a proportional refund.
• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You provided incorrect account details, links, or usernames during order placement.
• The service was successfully delivered but did not meet personal expectations (e.g., slower growth than anticipated).
• You violated social media platform rules resulting in suspension or deletion of your account.
• You placed an order by mistake or changed your mind after delivery.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are being processed.

If you wish to cancel before processing begins, email support@useboostflex.com immediately. Approval depends on whether processing has started.

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds (when approved) will be processed to your original payment method (Bank, Card, Wallet, or Crypto).

Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days depending on the provider.

BoostFlex is not responsible for delays caused by banks, wallet providers, or blockchain confirmations.

6. Disputes

1. Contact us at support@useboostflex.com with your order ID and reason.
2. Allow our team to investigate within 48–72 hours.
3. If approved, your refund will be issued as described above.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
